I missed the last WIP post so I thought it was time to make a new one. (I'm only sticking to DW though; if someone wants to make one over @ livejournal, feel free!)

Some questions to get us all chatting, perhaps? (None mandatory.)

- What are you working on at the moment?

- Open up any of your works in progress and share an excerpt with us.

- Take a look at five prompts from your table and write a sentence or two - fic, summary, stream of consciousness, whatever - for each one. See if it kick-starts a complete fic!

- If there was fic posted to the comm tomorrow, who/what would you like it to be about?

- Have you seen the BSC PROMPT MEME?

- Do you have any fic recs, interesting thoughts, meta, etc you want to share?

Hi everyone! I am finally posting this to the dreamwidth page. I'm glad the confusing thing with the posting access was sorted out.

How is everyone's WIPs going? Has anyone got any snippets to share?

I have recently unearthed my BSC muse once again and actually have something to post! It's based off this: Dee/John: I have this positively insane idea to have these two -- as Bostonians being teenagers in the 1970s -- meeting on an anti-busing protest. It was a big deal during that time period and I think it would be interesting to explore that. Would anyone be interested in reading that? I'm really interested in exploring that, but as more of a long term project.

Idk. I don't know if I like it or not, but it feels good to be writing BSC fic again.

It's been ages since we had a work in progress post! I admit, the main reason for this is I hate hate hate the new lj update page and I've been avoiding it like the plague. But that's not fair to anyone still watching the comm, so hey, let's have a new post!

Some questions to get us started - none of them are mandatory, and you can make up/answer your own questions as well.
